However, users can reach out to customer support in case they have a specific question. Based on the subscription plan, Support team will get back to them on their queries. For a paid subscription, we provide a no cost Professional services to the Customers to have them use the tool and start working on the business use-cases.

There’s no such thing called Free lunch. How do you make money?

If you are a small and medium business looking at a low volume of transaction flow through the system, then you can use the freemium model forever. We have paid versions which support high volume, high throughput along with customer support.

How long does it really take to set up DXchange?

We know that most Applications, especially Integration Platforms take weeks to onboard a Customer and have them start using the System. We are not those tools. You simply subscribe to the freemium plan and get started. Evaluate all features of the Product, no cost assistance from Professional Services and once satisfied upgrade to the appropriate plan, with getting 3 months of no cost hassle free Subscription plan. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the Product, we will pay back every penny you paid us. Customer Satisfaction is our Primary goal.
